Looking for a server to rent that i can modify

Is there a dedicated server rental site that allows modification to my server?

I have rented servers before for this game. I don't recommend it. If you must, I recommend Citadelservers. They seem to be the cheapest I've seen. There are two problems with renting a server. One issue is that this game is HIGHLY ram intensive for what it is. My server has about 30 gigs dedicated to PZ and it uses 15 gigs for only a handful of players after a very short amount of time. 2.5 gigs from the cheapest rental spot costs about 15 dollars. If you want a server like mine, start thinking 50-150 a month. You are getting near the cost to lease or buy a car.... or buy a server in just a few months. Once you max out ram on your server, you will have some pretty awful issues.... like zombies that teleport you and bites without even being near a zombie... don't even bother trying to drive vehicles.

The other issue is that this game is an indie game. Companies don't specialize in this game. It's not worth it. The server renters have limited experience because there are limited customers renting servers from them. I do not fault citadelservers one bit. for example, it seemed like we were the only server renter that was trying to run the latest beta. They got it all working for us and we were happy with the customer support. Keep in mind, we couldn't afford the appropriate server and they were the cheapest provider we found. This wasn't their fault. We knew we could host our own dedicated server that was about 15x more powerful.
