Trees and shrubs wouldn't stop you, although they might slow you down or cause you to trip. Dirt and grass would also slow you down, unless you have a mountain bike. I don't think bikes should have storage capacity by default, but they will double your carrying capacity while riding it. Some bikes could have a basket in front or a bag on the back. A rare find would be the cargo bike, which actually does come with a significant storage capacity, let's say 50, but also is too wide to fit through doors and is affected by scenery like a car.
Not sure if this would be a mod or if it would require more advanced stuff like animations and such that require the devs.
