Report a translation problem
For me, I managed to scroll it in the Windows version of the game easily. For the Mac, I could zoom in/ out, only if I access the game from the root folder itself.
oh thx RoboMat i was playing on compatibility mode ... so i used the other mode and it worked :D
I assume that the game may refuse to run without safemode and but I want to give it a try anyways to put my mind at ease.
The shaders not detecting right is a whole 'nother can of worms.

Go to options>Enable zoom, set to NO and immediately set to YES.
For me works every time, because every time you start a game you should do it again. ;-)
