AMD R9 380
Windows 10 i5 3.2ghz
Tried that, still locked and I need ctrl + alt + delete to exit game with black screen, thanks anyway ....
Radeon RX550 4GB
Ryzon 5 2600
16 GB
R9 290
Ps. (Multi-screen on 1 GPU is not supported by the manufacturer even though it works)
As for Zomboid No problems after capping FPS to 60 and manually calibrating the fans.
As for the other/older cards check your drivers, you might have to update that awful AMD Adrenalin software that keeps trying to fry our cards.
Edit:
Failing that, you might have to start saving for an upgrade; bearing in mind that upgrading the GPU will most likely require an upgrade of the Motherboard, CPU, RAM and (if your PSU is under 600W) a new PSU. (The rest is optional).
Edit 2:

If you have an issue with the 6600 (and all AMD RX and XT variations) open Adrenalin (make sure it's updated) and do the following:
Go to the "Performance" Tab (under Tuning): Click on Custom, Enable Fan Tuning, Disable Zero RPM (This blasted option kills all performance cards in under 6 months); Hit Apply Changes.
Enable Advanced Control, Click the Down Arrow for Fine Tuning and set them like this:
Fan Speed: 35, 50, 65, 80, 100
Temperature: 30, 40, 50, 55, 60
Then hit Apply Changes.
It might get noisy when the temperature goes up, but it will save your card (s) in the long run and will prevent you from having a fire in your PC.
Next Go to the "Gaming" Tab (under Graphics): Enable Radeon Chill, set Min FPS to 30 and Max to 60
(If it doesn't open; the software is as crp for you as it is for me and it has crashed again):
Open Task manager and "End Task" on AMD Crash, All AMD External, AMD Noise and All AMD User. Once done you can open the garbage AMD software.
Edit:
There are issues associated with integrated cards:
It completely depends on what/which motherboard and CPU you have a lot of CPU's don't have an option for integrated GPU's. The other problem is that it Steals memory from your RAM creating Data Bottlenecks, bringing it all down to the design of the motherboard.
