Stuttering FPS with B42?

I really really like B42 overall with a few minor issues but nothing where I think it needs changing.

That said, I'm getting some pretty bad stuttering on my PC with this new build and I'm not sure why.

My system specs are more than sufficient to run this game without stuttering. My CPU is a bit old but more than capable IMO.

I'm playing on max settings but at 1080p, which shouldn't tax my system at all TBH. It's not like a powerhouse PC, but it's more than enough for a game like PZ and B41 never had any issues keeping up with my Vsync refresh rate on my screen. Even online where people were building massive structures.

I'm also using the most recent and up to date drivers for my PC.

Yes. I lock frames at 100, and have constant weird drops to 95-98 and it stutters

It's a known issue. They're working on it.

I cannot see any problems with your hardware or with the game logs, can you perhaps share a recording of the issue? Does it only happen in specific areas or when doing specific actions?

Well, idk really. I just feel something is a bit off compared to 41 regarging micro-stutters

Try windowed mode and no vsync, helps for me for some reason.
Also ive noticed when you run beside a house and it pops in the whole building with the roof it stutters and if you run along side a window and it shows the inside of the building like for a split sec it stutters, at least for me it does.

Similar problem, it's almost impossible to play, especially when moving around in the city.
Especially when traveling by car.

I have not been able to fix the severe stuttering in the video, but I have been able to fix that the image is twitching very badly, I have not seen this before in version 41. I've turned vertical synchronization on and off, limited and removed the FPS limit - no difference. It's a real pain to play.

As for the severe stuttering in the game, I have it very often, once every minute or so.
And a lot of stuttering after launching the game, but I have no idea why it didn't happen when recording.

Yeah, I would say it looks something like that. What the video above shows. It's like, a mini micro stutter ever few seconds, very odd. B41 didn't stutter at all.
