black screen in menu

I don't see anything, I just hear the music. I already updated the drivers, made the backup, uninstalled and restarted, verified the integrity of the files. I don't know what else to do

First, try going to “C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder and then use Alternative Launch. If this doesn't help, try going to the C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid folder and edit the options.ini file with a text editor. In that file, edit the fullscreen=true line to fullscreen=false. Then try launching the game again.

same problem; I have a 2019 intel macbook pro, doesn't work either on MacOS or on Bootcamp windows 11. same problem on both OS; default launcher doesn't work, alternate launcher launches a black screen with just the cursor and music playing in the background
