Just wait an extraordinarly long time. At least, that is what resolves it for me. I think maybe it might be better on subsequent game starts if you don't play a bunch of other games between playing PZ, because of the way shader caching works.

Can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\%UserProfile%\Zomboid?
You can use any file-sharing website of your choice or a temporary one like filetransfer.io for example.

The most annoying thing about it is that you cannot close zomboid making you have to restart pc.
Sorry for not reply in time was struggle for solutions yesterday.

It work but it take 10 mins at least to get to the menu, and then another 20 mins to get sever initialized then I got no game but music and black screen sad:( I can play singleplayer though but all my friends can only staring sad, so sad:(

The game logs look perfectly fine, can you check your CPU / Disk usage when the game is still loading or is at the black screen stage? Are either of those being maxed out? Are any other processes using any resources?
Cpu usage is about 20%(mostly chrome) disk usage about 0-3%, I reinstall the game twice it was on a different disk it was same black screen long waiting, also I assigned 8GB of memory with bat file to the game.

We try to play PZ once long time ago back then game run just fine, but we are too dumb to know host can teleport other players.

thank for still noticed of my existence BTW.:)

Hm, do you have any antivirus perhaps? Can you check if it has any CPU / Disk usage while the game is loading? Some antiviruses can check files a lot and could slow down the loading.

Do you suppose trying to run the game in compatibility mode might yield good results?

You can try, but compatibility mode should generally be avoided unless you cannot run the game otherwise.
