Can't attack?

I can not attack. I change to the stance with right click or keyboard. But when I left click nothing happen. Tried both fire and malee weapons. Clicking on target, next to target, randomly and smashing button repeatedly.

Can't get it to work. Is this some sort of issue or am I doing something wrong?

It is not hold RMB then click LMB as tutorial say.
It is hold RMB and continue holding RMB while clicking LMB.

having same issue and holding right mouse while pressing left doesnt work. I have noticed if i hold right rotate. release right and press left while still rotating it works. But this is impossible to actively fight zombies while doing.
