No UPnP-enabled Internet gateway found, you must configure port forwarding on your gateway manually in order to make your server accessible from the Internet.
For the server to launch correctly, you need to make sure to enable UPnP on your local router.

This might be a big problem, because the game itself requires around 2-3 GB, Now the server also requires around 2-4 GB
And lastly your Windows PC uses around 3 GB itself to run.
As you can see there isn't enough RAM for all of this to be running on the PC, which likely is the reason for the crash since the PC just runs out of RAM.
I would recommend lowering your game settings, turning off any background programs and setting the server RAM to around 3-4 GB instead.
