I bought Project Zomboid recently, and I have an m3 MacBook Pro; I downloaded it from Steam, and the game opens, but the screen is not centered, and it wont let me click on anything, the game stops responding and I have to force quit everytime

I'm running it on a M1 mini and it runs fine.

need to set the full screen or what to false in the .ini if i recall well.

BUt you should post this in support during GMT time Beard will likely have a look at it.
Try going to the Home\Zomboid folder and edit the options.ini file with a text editor.
In that file, edit the fullscreen=true line to fullscreen=false
Then try launching the game again.
The fix offered by Beard does not resolve your underlying issue of the game not being centred/rendered unplayable, KurtKobain
