Can you be a little more specific about the problem? When does it come up? Presumably the game doesn't work at all?

If I had to take a guess having no idea whatsoever what the problem is, I'd say it's because you have special characters in your username. You really shouldn't use special characters in user names, it can mess up a ton of programs.

so the game dosent start at all
when i run zomboid in a few seconds a widow comes withe the information that i wrote in a previous massege

You think it doesnt run because of my user name , because of $,@ these symbols?

ИгрÑ

Because of this. I don't know why this is in your file paths, but it shouldn't be.

ok
can i rename it or delete or how can i fix it?

EDIT: Two other things to try first. Go to your Steam library, right click on Project Zomboid, and click on the "Properties" button. In there, you want to uncheck the box for the Steam overlay. Then, go to the "local files" tab of that same window and click on the button to verify files. Let that run its course. Then run PZ again and see if it works. If not, we'll go back to the conversation below.

Is that your username on the computer? If so it may be tricky to change... might be better off just starting a new "user" on your computer and doing it that way.
