High ping on my own server

So i have the following problem when im hosting a server i get 1000 ping sometimes even if im alone on the server how dose this happen why dose it happen and it happens only when i drive a vehicle to explore the map in new areas
the vehicle cannot be driven when i get to the ping border i get out of it and im stuck in that area it takes like 20 minutes for the game to get back to normal even restarting the server dosen't help with it
if i set the ping limit lower i get kicked from my own server

Is the server hosted on the exact same PC that you are playing from? How are you connecting to the server?

it is the same pc im playing on im just clicking host give it 16 ram and that is it it worked until 2 weeks ago

What is your total RAM on your PC? And can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?

Looks like there are no issues with the server, however there are a ton of mod errors.
Are you able to replicate this issue without any mods? Since there should be no ping when connected to your own server. The mods may conflict with that though.

i also have to mention even with mods when a friends joins the server he has no lag no problems nothing

Could you share a log without those mods? Since a modless test is important to confirm the issue.

Additionally, could you show a recording of the problem to help investigate it further?
