SQL error, steam id banned, blank db file. Cannot join my own server

I wanted to start up a server for myself and friends, I've been able to do it in the past but this time it's not cooperating. I've tried deleting the db file, and running a world with no mods but it still either won't connect or can't figure what to do with me when I try to join.

Which db file did you delete? It should be the db folder found in the User/Zomboid folder.
