Camera zoom =in and -out sometimes unresponsive?

A minor irritation, but does anyone else have this problem? Sometimes the camera responds to my zoom in/out button commands and other times I have to tap it more than once to get it to kick in. It's not faulty or sticky keys or anything like that; more of an inconsistency in the game's response to zoom commands. It just gets annoying when I have to mash the button sometimes, especially if the pace has suddenly picked up and I'm in the middle of something tense.

One thing I think it might be tied to is movement during the zoom button presses. If I stand still the zooms will promptly activate as expected, but often if I'm on the move and I press a zoom button it's here where it might become unresponsive and I need to double tap to get it to zoom in/out as desired.

Just an irritating side gripe I'm having.

Which commands are you referring to exactly? And have you tried rebinding them to other keys and then replicate the issue?
