Hosting server stuck on initialising

I'm trying to host a server with a few mods and it gets stuck on initialising, if anyone could help it would be great.

Update, stuck on initialising when hosting without mods

Can you share your server logs so we can check for any errors, without mods would be best.
Go to C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid
Open the coop-console.txt
Copy everything from there to https://pastebin.com/
Click “Create a new paste”
Share the website link of the new paste here.

Seems to hang on this:
LOG : General , 1642078557446> 3,505,666,948> If the server hangs here, set UPnP=false.

I would recommend either enabling UPnP in your router or disabling it in your server settings, then manually port forwarding the 16261, 8766 and 8767 ports.

Hey man. I have the same problem. I think - you just need to wait, cause server separate downloading mods for the server.

The logs just show the mods downloading, be patient and let them finish.
