possible methods for removal of "cosmetic" floor decor

See header; im trying to remove stuff from the floor that a pick up command cant get it, inventory cant touch it, and things like building on it/dropping dirt cant touch it. ive tried Debug and brush tools and it still cant be removed any help would be apprecated

Is it possible that it is flouting in the air on like floor 2 or 3?
Also sometime I haft to remove ground tiles till black space to grab some deco from mods.

Are you able to remove it after using brush tool to completely remove everything from under it? Unless you have a mod they changes your trees I would assume the grass tile is blocking you from removing.

the tile itself would need to be black box removed and even on replace it returns. those details are actually a true random place as its not always been the same across various reloads. No tree mods or even gardening mods were added (short of the plumbing one)

Those ones cannot be destroyed at this moment, they can be in the next version coming out this year.
Only way I can think of is using a Cheat mod to wipe the tile, such as Cheat Menu or necroforge.

thats good to know! i figured ti was an issue and was being addressed further
