Game Crashing whenever rains

Whenever it rains the game crashes and the following msg appear in cmd log :

Looks like a graphics issue based on your specifications + the logs you sent, can only recommend lowering settings, decreasing the puddle quality and such. Then make sure to update your graphics card drivers as well.
