File doesn't exist on the server: [SOLVED]!!!

I tried reinstalling the mods, the game and deleting specific txt file + lua folder and verifying the game again. Still the same issue. It's happening after I select the spawn location and create the character.

IIRC, you need to delete the mods folder for this kind of issue.
Maybe try that?

I'm coming with a solution :)

A) What was I doing wrong?
I was adding list of mods to the "Mods" section of the settings instead of "Workshop" section. When you add mods to the "Workshop", the submods (mod files) are automatically added to the Mods section.

B) How did I fix it?
1- I've installed the Project Zomboid Dedicated Server from Steam Library. THEN I DID NOT TOUCH IT.

2- I've gone back to the HOST button on the game itself; deleted everything about the server. Added Multiplayer compatible mods using the "Workshop" section of the settings. Carefully configured every part of the server to our liking. THEN CHANGED AND SAVED THE SETTING's NAME WITHOUT USING NON-ENGLISH CHARACTERS. SO NO Ş İ Ç Ö Ğ Ü Ã etc.

3- Right clicked the Project Zomboid Dedicated Server over library -> Opened the folder location -> Right click StartServer64.bat, EDIT -> Add -servername YourServerName line between -cp %PZ_CLASSPATH% zombie.network.GameServer and -statistic 0 %1 %2 -> SAVE

4- Double clicked the StartServer64.bat. Waited for it to download and install the mods. Opened the game again and joined my own server using JOIN button. NOW I NEEDED MY IP ADDRESS. Searched "Command Prompt" on my computer. Typed "IPconfig" there and copied my IPv4 address. I joined the game successfully.

C) How did my friends join?
1- We all downloaded and installed Hamachi. Made sure we've connected each other there. Then they joined me over using the IP address given to me on Hamachi.

2- Then one of us had an error saying something like "Malfunctioning Package file...". We fixed it by changing "Disables anti-cheat protection for type X" values from true to false over C:\Users\YOURPCNAME\Zomboid\Server -> YourServerName.ini. Internet says you need only to change the value of anti-cheat protection for type 12 but it didn't work for us so we disabled all since we were playing with people we know.
