Female Face Texture Bug

running into an issue where whenever im trying to host a server , modded or not . The female faces are always bugged terribly.

I thought it was a mod issue at first but even after disabling all and restarting the game do i still have this issue.

It seems to be loading the textures in the wrong place and i have no idea how to fix this since i hadn't had this issue before.

Do you perhaps have a screenshot of the issue? Preferably after disabling all the mods, restarting your game and then loading into the server.

the first one is modded slightly , the second one is pure vanilla after verifying - which somehow had 27k files missing?

Both look to be modded. Try going to C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid and delete the "mods" folder there, then verify your game files, then start the game and try loading into a new game.
