Game crashing on load (tutorial or not)

Hi all.

Just bought this game <20 mins ago. Downloaded it, and went to launch the tutorial. Main menu worked fine, the music loaded, but the loading screen for the tutorial and game itself always freezes.

I've tried verifying the game cache, and deleting my users/PC/zomboid folder.

What else could I try?

Try changing your screen setting into borderless window.
Other than that, if you use AMD graphic card, try updating the driver to the latest version that supports OpenGL.

That's all I can remember at the moment.

Try allocating more ram to the game or your specs might not be able to handle it

Can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?
You can use any file-sharing website of your choice or a temporary one like filetransfer.io for example.
