I got the same problem but I can't find the solution.
I got my drivers updated, I reinstalled Java. Don't know what else have to do
You can use any file-sharing website of your choice or a temporary one like filetransfer.io for example.
I tried with alternate launch, but still nothing
Here is console.txt

This seems to be your main issue; you will need to download and install the latest drivers for your specific graphics card from your manufacturer's website (Intel)
You can also try going to “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid” and run the game using the “ProjectZomboid32.bat” file.
Now if that does not fix your issue either, I can only recommend switching to the older "Legacy" game versions by going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Betas > Select the Legacy 40 or older versions.
