Chunk not loading ......

Like most people, my chunk not load and i need to restart the server.i have buy one on Nitrado but i can't play to the game in MP.
i have test lots of solution but nothing work (reduce speed limit, up the ram, disable lot of mod, reduce the number of zombies, check my connexion etc ...)
why i can't find a tool for load ALL the chunk of the map and use the mod for delete the chunk i don't want ?
we have a huge map but i can play on a little part...

Slow chunk loading can be caused by many things, but most common are mods and high ping. Does it happen without any mods and what is your ping to the server?

Hi Beard, without mods it happens less often but it still happens.
My ping is highly variable because I have to use the 4G connection.
I found a "solution", I connect alone on the server then I move until I meet the bug then I restart the server. The result is that on this chunk I would not have the problem at all.
It's long and a bit boring, but we love this game so much that I'm willing to do it.
if only I had a way of loading all the chunks and then deleting the ones I'm not interested in, it would have been easier.
