Mods not working in multiplayer (i did enable them in workshop menu and mods menu)

So i have looked at every tutorial and i have enabled them in the workshop menu and the mods menu AND I have also enabled the other mods needed to make the mods work.
So I don't know why it's not working. SOME mods are working such as common sense mod. But other mods like:
Reorder the hotbar
Spongies Clothing
Spongies Open jackets
(and a lot more)
Aren't working

Can anyone help me please?

Can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?

It seems like a lot of your mods are missing their requirements:

It seems like you do not have the required Item API mods enabled, they are listed on the right side of the Workshop. I recommend checking all your mods and making sure you enable any dependency mods that they may need, that should fix your issue.
