[Solved] I can't start the game

When I click "Play" button, it changes to "stop", but nothing happens. And then after some seconds, button changes back to "Play". I played game well a week ago, but i can't play from yesterday.

I tried
- Unsubscribing modes
- Integrity Checking
- Uninstall game and reinstall
- Delete C:\Users\Zomboid folder
- Install Visual C++s
- Update Java
- Driver Update
- Checking Window updates
- Checking Steam Client updates
- Run ProjectZomboid64.exe as Administrator
- Checking Windows firewall
- Delete and reinstall steam clients
- Run steam&zomboid as Administrator
- Install .NET framework 3.5

I tried so many things that I can, but still game doesn't start.
"ProjectZomboid32.exe", "ProjectZomboid64.bat" works, but "ProjectZomboid64.exe" doesn't work. Compatibility mode also works. And my computer is x64.

Is there any more solution that I can try?
Or because "ProjectZomboid64.bat" works, should I play Zomboid by .bat file?
Any comments will be helpful to me 🥹

I solved this by
- Deleting ALL Visual C++s
- Reinstalling "2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022" , "2013" , "2012" latest Visual C++s in
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 (This is microsoft official site)

No, I think there's no problem with it. Mods that I use and all functions works well, I think.
But I heard Compatibility mode (maybe the old name of Alternate launch, and I can't sure it is same with Alternate launch) can occur mode or other errors. Is it ok to play with it?

It is totally OK to play with Alternate Launch. What it does is basically launch the .bat file instead of the .exe
Since some computers with certain security settings seem to block the .exe file from launching for some reason. Therefore the alternate launch uses the .bat instead. Otherwise the game is identical to using the .exe

By the way, is there no way to find the reason of my problem?

There may be, but I would not know how, you would likely have to go through all the windows security settings and check why they may block the .exe from launching, which is quite a big task. And I wish you luck if you want to try that route, but I would not be able to help with that.
