Resoultion on mac
Hi, I trying to run game on my MacbookPro 16 2021. Order:
1. Run game for first time. It shows menu, menu is quite small, but ok. Pointer don't point to the buttons - you have to point in some other place to catch that button. So I choose my fullscreen resolution 3x2k pixels. This solved problem - pointer now point where it point. UI is even smaller now though
2. Trying to run solo, game crashed
3. Start game again, have this: https://prnt.sc/F_yRyVqalMK6 If image doesn't work, here is what I see: left bottom part of start screen with options: "host, options, mods, workshop, quit". Of course I can't choose any of options - obviously pointer point even worse than before.

So, bunch of questions:
1. How to navigate through menu without using pointer? Its important because I have to restart my mac to simply quit this game. Command-Q doesn't work to quit game, nor work arrows navigation
2. How to fix my current situation? Reinstall game? Probably edit some startup options or some config file? Running in "safe mode" doesn't help
2. How to deal with resolution? I want my pointer working and point as it should. Also I want control on UI size - currently UI is absurdly small

Thank you.

All your questions may be fixed by going to the Home\Zomboid folder on your PCand editing the options.ini file.
In that file, edit the fullscreen=true line to fullscreen=false
Then try launching the game again.

You can change all other game settings in that file as well.

what app did you use to edit it
This also fixed the exact same issue for me. @Assassin124567 just use TextEdit or any simple text editor, the equivalent of Notepad on PC basically.
