You can use any file sharing website of your choice or a temporary one like tmp.ninja for example.
You can also try going to “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid” and run the game using the “ProjectZomboid32.bat” file

Now if that does not fix your issue either, I can only recommend switching to the older "Legacy" game versions by going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Betas > Select the Legacy 40 or older versions.
