Issues VPS, port fowarding. No one can join server

Hello, I'm having issues with me Ubuntu 20.4 VPS my project zomboid dedicated is installed there on a rented server.
I having issues witha port fowarding : 8767,16261,8766 UDP.

But after executing "sudo ufw allow port"
plus allowing every conection icoming by default the game still saying that the port need to be open at router and no one is able to join the game except by im joining the game normaly.

off that, SSH, FTP and remote conection is working as normal with ufw enable

The game only says that as a mention and not as an error. I assume the VPS has your specific IP / port unblocked properly while the other ports or IP connections are blocked, so I would check with the VPS with that, the server itself seems to launch fine but the ports are blocked.

So I was testing out and, if I'm connected to the terminal and launch the server I will be able to join as long I maintain connected with the vps by terminal and So I made a way to the server always run in background to test other things. I closed the terminal and the game I opened the game with my IP (which was connected to the terminal) and the server appears ONLINE so I quickly turned on a VPN and the server started to appear offline so I turned off the VPN the server came back online.

Basically only people who are logged into the terminal are able to enter/see the server. I asked a friend to connect to the server terminal and he managed to log into the game server.

That does seem ... confusing. I am no expert in networking so I cannot really explain as to why that happens, I assume the VPS somehow only gives access to those who are connected to the console? And blocks any other connections to the server outside of that.
