Item icon errors

I'm playing with a few mods, and im having trouble. Not only am i having a question mark instead of the weapon for some of the weapons in Firearms B41, but i still have weapons from britas weapon pack which ive disabled. I have verified game files trying to fix this, but its done nothing. Anyone got a fix?

Likely the weapons are still in the game due to another mod, disable the rest?
