Is there a way to edit multiplayer character stats and skills?
Today i died to bug on my multiplayer server - when switching seats in a car i got teleported under it and died from being ran over by a parked car.

Is there any way to edit my new character stats? It sucks when you lose all those grinded skills because some stupid bug. I know cheating mods exist that add skills but those dont seem to work on already existing servers - im looking for a different solution like editing save file but i cant find where to do it.

Yes you can if you make yourself an admin with the /grantadmin Username command (if you are the host)
Then you can go to the admin menu on your left side of the screen and edit your stats.
