Tutorial is broken - no key binding for 'antidote'

The morbid little firefox asks me to hit 'NONE' to apply the antidote, and there is no key binding for it in the options. So i cant finish the tutorial and i'm completely lost without it. (kidding, just played it to see if it talked about any new stuff)

I just had this same issue and solved it.

The tutorial wants you to use the 'shout' key, found in the 'NPC Interactions' part.

Before I played the tutorial I had a look at the keybindings and changed the 'aim' key to Q, replacing the NPC Interaction 'Shout' key. I thought to myself "hey when will I ever need to shout at an NPC?" and left it unassigned.

I realise it's been a while since you posted this but it's the first page I looked at when I got this issue too, so maybe my comment here can help someone else :)
