b41 Multiplayer Beta - I can join nobody else can..
I run a dedi server on 54.39.131.124 using the standard port 16261. I also have 16262-16282 open for map streaming. I have the steam ports open, 8766 8767. I have uPnP disabled because theres no router for a datacenter. When I join I get the standard logs on the cmd line that a user is trying to join and I make it fine. When others try to join they get gatekeep'd with errors like "Connection Timed Out" "Server Unresponsive" etc.. and the cmd line shows nothing about a potential user connection.

Literally everything checks out and I am able to join it for some reason but NOBODY else can join- it boggles my mind how clunky the network/server has been. I'm 2 days into going for 5 or more hours at a time just trying to solve this! They praise utilizing the steam client version but that didn't work at all- I had to use steamcmd version just to be able to join and edit the batch file just for it to launch! What a joke!

Theres absolutely no reason OTHER players can't join when I can join my box from the middle east to where it is in canada. The only thing that is different between other users and myself is that my steam client is on the server and what I used to download the game on steamcmd. Ridiculous and i'm stumped.

Do I have to buy it on another steam account and host it in game/in client like a friend suggests? if so that's stupid to have to purchase a game twice to play and host it.

Desperate for suggestions!

Did you unblock your ports from the router as well? Also, I assume the datacenter unblocked your IP for security reasons to allow you connect to your own server, but other players are barred because the connection to the server was not unblocked as it was for your IP.

There is no router for my server though- All the ports are open with a preventitive mitigation firewall that turns on if an attack is detected. Other than that its all open except for things I have opened (ports) in my firewall.

I have hosted numerous games and all that was required was that I open the windows firewall port and good to go.
