Map Removal (Solo)
Heyo, is there a way to choose or remove maps from a solo session—before character creation—similarly to how we can add or remove maps when customizing a server's settings?

I noticed that there is a 'World 1', but I have no idea if renaming it and customizing the maps it has in it is possible.

What do you mean by that exactly? As in removing modded maps? Or the points you spawn in?

I'm not sure how to explain it any better than the above, but here goes:

'World 1' shows all of the maps installed, but I want to remove some of those maps similarly to how we can pick and choose in the 'Maps' tab when configuring a server before hosting it.

Yes, I know I could simply remove the mod within the 'Mods' section, but that is not what I want to do since some mods have maps merged within them alongside their desired features like how 'More Occupations' adds maps alongside its traits—the maps being the part of the mod I want removed from initialization.

As in remove the Muldraugh, West Point maps and the like? That is not possible since they are all part of the same map.

No... just the additional maps added by mods.

Is there any way we can add or remove them when creating a solo session like we can when adjusting a server's settings without completely disabling the mods their from themselves?

Not really no, because the mods themselves spawn the maps, you would have to edit the mod and remove the maps from it? If it is some kind of mod that adds a map and other things.

That's possible without breaking the mod? I thought about doing that, but I didn't know if doing so would cause a problem or not with the mod.

The main reason why I'm asking is because 'Better Occupations' maps keeps throwing me these errors during the loading phase after 'This is how you died...'

ERROR: General , 1642970385131> DebugLogStream.printException> Stack trace: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

The last three lines will sometimes change to this:

ERROR: General , 1642970689193> GameWindow.uncaughtException> Unhandled java.lang.OutOfMemoryError thrown by thread GameLoadingThread. ERROR: General , 1642970689194> ExceptionLogger.logException> Exception thrown java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space at No Stack Trace Available. Message: Unhandled java.lang.OutOfMemoryError thrown by thread GameLoadingThread. ERROR: General , 1642970689194> DebugLogStream.printException> Stack trace: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

As for the 'OutOfMemory' line, I'm not sure why that's appearing when I have 32 GBs of RAM. Does setting '-Xms1800m -Xmx16384m' as launch options via Steam for Project Zomboid not work? (—unless that error means something else.)

I would not recommend changing the RAM really unless you have a thousand mods. Have you tried just removing the mod from the save? Load > More Options > Mods

Seems like the problem was the 'big' version of the Daegu mod. I had to switch from it to its 'vanilla' version which... is weird considering the fact that I don't see any problems with it being mentioned on its workshop page.
