Obese - Very underweight traits funcionality

Hello there!

i have question to profs/devs.

Obese, Overweight, underweight and very underweight is actually complex traits, that includes (depends of the trait) low strength, low endurance, prone to injury and fitness penalties. And during the game you have chance to remove that trait by eating healthy/etc. Question is - do you remove all these low strength/endurance and prone to injury penalties too, or they still apply in game mechanic, and there is nothing to do with it?

I think the drawbacks are all tied to the traits themselves, so when you lose the traits you lose everything that comes with them, including the endurance penalty and prone to injury.
