Open the console.txt
Copy everything from there to https://pastebin.com/
Share the link to the pastebin here.
This will give us the console log so we can check out what the errors are and try to help based on that.
The "C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid" means that you first have to open your C drive in "This PC", then you find the "Users" folder in that drive and open it.
Next you open the folder that is named after your username that you named yourself when setting up your computer, open up that folder as well.
Lastly, in that folder there should be another "Zomboid" folder, open it as well.
Now in this Zomboid folder there are several files, one of them is named "console"
You have to doubleclick and open that file in a notepad, after that just copy all the text from that file to the pastebin link that I provided after you "Create a paste" on that website.
After you copy all the text, you have to now copy the website link to that new pastebin that you created with the copied info and share the link to it here.

Other than that, I do see one problem in the console:
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
Integrated intel graphics have a lot of issues when trying to run build 41 due to them being pretty weak + driver problems, we can only recommend a few fixes to try and make 41 run without problems on these graphics:
1. Make sure your drivers are up to date from the official website
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81499/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000
2. Run the game in 32 bit mode by going to your game folder
Steam Library > Rightclick ProjectZomboid > Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files
And running the "ProjectZomboid32.bat"
3. Lower any settings in the options, lower the puddle quality, turn texture compression on etc.

I started the game up after updating my drivers but still immediately met with the small error box and paused it to copy the console again, im not a complete dingus so i assume the "error:" stuff i saw while copying it is the error stuff you said to watch for and if so there plenty going wrong in the second link.
Go "C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid" and open the "options.ini" file.
In that file, edit the "bMultithreadedRendering=true" line to "bMultithreadedRendering=false"
Save that file and then try starting a new game on a new map to see whether the problem is still there.
I didnt find anything about multithread rendering either but i didnt look too far past line 16
