Game Loads to menu with no text.

Every time I launch the game it launches to the menu depicting the man holding the woman, however there is no text anywhere, no buttons to click, nothing. I can hear the menu music and see the lightning effects as if the game is normal. Everything i have tried does not fix anything. Any help would be appreciated.

You opted into B41 at some point yeah? If so you need to delete the Lua folder in your user area as the b41 version is not backwards compatible.

Now the game just crashes without loading. Guess i just need to uninstall the entire thing.

You most likely deleted the wrong folder. It is located in "C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid", its why the person above mentioned the "User" area. Do not delete the Lua folder in the main game folder otherwise you will need to verify your files or reinstall.
