Game Issue (?) No Circular Ground Cursor or vertical line where mouse cursor is

I've been watching a bunch of videos of the game, I can't seem to figure out why I have no Ground Cursor the vertical line with the circle aiming at the ground

Is it a setting that I need to enable? playing on the current stable release of the game.

The new cursor is an addition only in the beta version of the game. You can opt into it here:
