Deleting mods
I wanna know how to delete every mod from my files, I've uninstalled the game a few times. I just wanna start over.

Go to "C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid" and delete the "mods" folder to disable any mods that might load in the game.
Go to the Project Zomboid workshop and check your Subscribed files there, unsubscribe from all of them to delete all the mods that you have.

Is this after deleting the "mods" folder?

I deleted the entire zomboid folder, and went through my mods list like you said and unsubd alot of mods. and turned off the ones im hoping get updated. my only issue now is that I cant zoom in, im stuck on the farthest out setting.

I believe that happens when running the compatibility version of the game, if you are doing that try running the game normally.
If not, try enabling / disabling the zoom and the different zoom levels in the Options.
