Is it a mod you subscribed to on the Steam workshop? If so then it should automatically get downloaded for your friends when they join your server. This feature normally works incredibly well, and makes it a breeze for people to join another players server, without them having to think about what mods to install or where to get them. The downside is that Steams stupid workshop system still can't protect a mod from updating if the mod author updated it to a new version (and this may screw your compatibility over permanently, unless you can get a manual copy of the previous version and use that instead).

If it is NOT from the workshop, but you installed it manually, then I believe that your friends would need to get a copy of the mod and place it in their mod folder.

We'll probably need some more information on the context of the issue. Like what mod exactly is it? How can you see that it doesn't work? Do you, or your friends, get specific error message or specific erroneous behavior of the game?

Also, it may be a good idea to ask for help in the mod authors Steam workdshop thread for the mod, as the mod author and the mods users there are more likely to recognize errors or problems that may arise.

Someone mentioned in the thread of the mod that it "has not multyplayer", so maybe it just doesn't support multiplayer?

Which mods are those? Investigating that further may lead us to determine what the cause may be

Yes, it says 41.53++ was updated for multiplayer compatibility. And then more updates were made for 41.66b.

Which version of PZ have you installed now?
