How do I make a campfire?

Three wooden planks and some bandages or paper will make a campfire kit. After that you need an ignition source, the easiest of which is kindling which is made from a knotted plank and sturdy stick (taking a screwdriver to one plank and a saw to another plank)

With the campfire kit in your inventory, right clicking will give you the option to build a campfire, which you can then light using the kindling.

You can also pour gasoline onto the camp fire and then light it with a lighter. Also you can use books as kindling.

Get 3 planks and a flammable object such as a sheet or bandage or book. Right click one of these materials to make Campfire Materials. With Campfire Materials in your main inventory, right click on the ground to build a fire. You can pack it up whenever you want - the materials are not consumed.

To light it, you need consumable kindlings, which are made from drilled planks (plank + screwdriver) and sturdy sticks (plank + saw). Kindling can fail and waste your kindlings, so make a few before cooking.

You'll also want to add logs to the fire to stop it from dying down. Make sure to find some trees to plant the fire next to.
