Problem running the game? Try Safe / Compatibility Mode!

As title says, it's not much different. Lacks zoom and shaders but otherwise you should get better performance too.

on normal mode the gameplay is pure slowdown..compability runs perfect

In regards to this, I initially couldn't run the game in normal mode so ran it in safe/compatibility mode.

After setting fullscreen and a proper resolution and exitting, normal mode then ran fine for me... though there is frequent jerks and stutters.

I noticed the game runs with FPS capping as well, it could be the stuttering is actually related to me changing this setting or the fact the game is attempting to force FPS in itself, will try various settings later.

Yeah Im having issuse with extreme stuttering and then quick crashes. Been with the game for some time and this is the first issue that I've truly had.

well not sure this goes here but yeah stable my ass iv opened it twice hit full screen and bam stops responding i give up on this game..

and this was running the safe/compatibility mode? If so, then also try changing the video settings, (so, lower your resolution, run windowed, set Lock FPS to say, 30, and see if it helps...

i was able to play this fine on desura but now in normal and safe mode the game crashes before main menu, ive already run the check but still no good.

I had loads of problems until i selected "disable steam community in game" smooth and no crashes since.

There Is many freeze and Slowdown
But it dont happen directly when i start the game (even in Comp or normal mode).
It happens after a bit time ...
Is there a problem with memory dump or something ?
Anyway, game is still really not "fluent" "or smooth" regarding to the selection of items + movements.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ON THOSE POINTS FIRST (Gameplay + Engine + ressources use ) !

... But it is a pre order ! I've already tested the Demo months ago, and i can say improvements are great regarding to the possibility in game !

KEEP IT UP !!! I believe in that game !

Ive had a few freezes but mostly it just starts getting extremely jumpy after a little while, usually once im being chased (in either mode) which is new I never really had that problem before steam release on desura or steam but it happens everytime now and makes it pretty unplayable for me right now. Also if I save&exit on a second floor it drops me to the bottom floor when I enter back into that saved game and breaks my leg. Just fyi,not sure if this is the proper place to report this but oh well. Regardless I love PZ! keep up the good work

lol i dont even get that a message saying error. it just crashes and the screen goes away.

like i would really love to play the game, i even bought it.
