Getting into Houses

I'm curious, its been a while since I've played this, bought it ages ago before it was on steam.
Back then you could get into houses, well so far EVERY house is locked, but I can open a window.
How the hell do you climb through a window, Zombies can but I can't.

What am I missing here??

Hold the E key after you have opened a window. Or click on it and select "Climb through" :)

Right click, climb though (or hit E when next to it).

press e near a window to open. Then hold E to go through.

You can either break windows by right clicking and 'Smash', although without a weapon you might scratch yourself and will attract zombies.
Alterantively press 'E' to try and prise open a window, which can be done after a little bit of time (if you have the Strong trait then it happens much quicker).

and another question: is it possible to break closed door? i` want go to house without windows(warehouse).

It is, but it can take quite a few swings. You will also get a few components from the smashed door to build a new one.
