Best Plant
I'm thinking of making a farm. Do any of you guys know what the best plant would be? Like the kind of plant that needs only a small amount of work and is easy to grow?

Potatoes imo

Well yeah, you can go for "only 1 plant" goal, only potato or cabbage for example, but you won't be able to do anything with it, you'll just have potato to eat, if you try to grow 2-3 plants, you then could do salads (vegetarian, potato salad, with bacon...) or soup with them, which give you much more hunger reduction !

Be warned though, salads were my food of choice last patch, this patch the foods will not be fresh if using rotten ingredients. Cabbage and potato salad... sounds terrible but works.

I think what he was saying though was to make the salads or soups while the ingredients are fresh and your food will last a bit longer. Could be wrong though. My reading comprehension tends to suffer a bit at almost 2am. lol

cabbages seem to grow fastest (for best skill-ups).
potatoes seem to last longest (don't rot as quickly).
radishes & carrots can get sick from over-watering (I think even from rain) making them very tricky to manage.
strawberries don't require replanting; but that means any disease will persist until you remove the plant if you have issues.

And leave a plant after it's harvest-able for one more "stage" to get to "seedling plant" if you want/need to harvest seeds as well as veggies.
