Construction Site near the McCoy Logging Company

I was poking around on the map and spotted the construction site marked as being fairly close to the McCoy Logging lumber yard and warehouses. Is there much of interest there? The stacked wooden pallets are a feature I don't think I've seen anywhere else yet, and I'm oddly intrigued with the idea of trying to turn the skeletal structures into some kind of base...
