Project Zomboid Windows 8 & 8.1?

Good day peepz,

Im very keen on purchasing Project Zomboid on payday :D!

I have noticed that installing PZ on a windows 8 machine, one may expirence problems as it is not listed under the OS compatibilty list.

My question is has anyone has installed PZ on a windows 8 machine and is the game stable on the machine as I'm keen to buy the four pack however it does worry me as 3 out of the machines run windows 8 or 8.1.

I have seen that other people have installed the game on a windows 8 machine with little to no problems however I would feel more comfotable confriming it on the forums before I spend $30.00 and I cant play this game.

I use windows 8.1 as OS and Zomboid works very well. I have not experienced any trouble so far.

I have played it fine on both windows 8 and 8.1, there is 32 and 64 bit versions too, both work.

Many thanks to all, really looking forward to jamming this and it would have been a real buzz kill if I got PZ and it doesn't launch.

Tell your AV to stop deleting them then.
