Help please! My character never gets a moodle of tirdness, and when I want to sleep, he only sleeps 7 hours. This is all the characters I create, I even re-installed my pz.

When you right click on a bed or couch to make him sleep, the pop-up that appears has arrows you can use to increase or decrease the amount your character will sleep :)

I have the option to sleep, but my character never HAS to, it ruins the challenge of the game. He will never get tired, EVER. I just for some reason have the option to sleep, like I said.

Is this on single player or multiplayer? Have you installed any mods?

It's single player survival with no mods at all.

If you create a sandbox game and set it to 15 minute days, do you eventually see the tired moodle if you fast forward? (Should only tkae a minute to fastforward through an entire day.)

I will try that right now, give me a sec.

Okay, my character didn't get tired at all. He stayed up until 3:00 only getting hungry and thirsy, not tired at all. :(

That's a very odd one. If you don't have any important saves, how about we make sure Steam or an update hasn't messed up any files:
Go to %username%\zomboid and delete the contents of this folder.

Then go to %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Steam\SteamApps\Common\PorjectZomboid and manually delete the contents of this folder.

Now, open Steam and right click Project Zomboid. Go to the Local Files tab and press the Verify integrity button. The game will be redownloaded.

Hope it helps. :)

Thanks for the help, I will try that right now. :)

Okay, I tried that and it still didn't work. :( I have no idea why it's doing this.

Place this in %username%\zomboid\mods and extract it. Then, from the Main menu, press the Mods button and double click player_fatigue from the list. A green checkmark will appear beside it, showing that it's activated.

It'll display your fatigue level in the console that opens up behind the game (if you play in Windowed mode, you can probably see it).

Wonder if it's something weird, like the moodle just isn't showing for you.

Wait, I think this may help.

Re-install the game and make sure not to use the guard perk, it seems to be glitched.
