If it is a camp fire, get a plank of wood, (or log) that right click camp fire add fuel, the planks. then with some matches, and dook, (or clothes too) right click again and light.
You need a propane tank.

Im confused why a grill would need power what is the Dev thinking making a grill use power. I know mine dont and its a pretty high dollar one.
Well I guess its a matter of gamefication of some aspects of reality. There are also no raincoats so everyone beside outdoorsmen are pretty effed if it starts to rain and they can't find a roof.
