What month does winter hit in the game?

Alright, so right now I'm mainly sustaining myself on farming, but I'm a month in. I noticed the little date next to the time up there, which says 30/8(which I looked up, it's day then month, so...Aug. 30). But then what months does the game consider to be winter? Thanks, I need to know for whow much time I have to get my fishing safehouse all set up. :)

As I recall, you couldn't actually die from exposure though. Is that not the case anymore? It's been a couple builds since I played last. Can you actually freeze to death now?

I think the heat and cold moodlets, after a while increase your chances of getting sick, which can kill you.

Thanks EnigmaGrey, btw, I'll just keep an eye out for that moodlet then. XD I'll just go ahead and start prepping my winter house now.
