Healing fracture with slow healing trait
So I have a fracture in my right thigh for over 20 days now wich i did splint. I have a farm and rain collectors so I can survive for as long as I need but the problem is my leg doesn't seem to heal. I have got the slow healing trait. Does any of you have any idea how much longer it wil be for my leg to heal?

I dont have a Slow Healing trait on. Ive had a fracture for about 5-7 days now. Im able to move fine but whenever I take the splint off it just says broken. I mean....what gives? I remember seeing a thread like this a while back. Do fractures EVER heal?

I have no idea about the fracture heal rate and whatnot, but you can help avoid fracture and broken bones using Sheet Ropes in 2nd floor windows as a way to escape safley. You need 1 Hammer, 1 nail, and 2 Sheet Ropes (one for every floor) in your main inventory.

Just healed a fracture in MP with the slow heal trait, it took about a month and a half. I couldn't speed up time in MP.. it was awful

Takes about a month for for a fracture to heal normally. About 5 days for the pain to go away, and then a couple more weeks of slow moving, then when ya can move around normally, it's about another week until healed. Welcome to the broken leg simulation part of the game. hehe. Good times.

Having only been in the fractured foot stage for 2 weeks in (in MP)...I think I'd rather have crumpled to the floor dead. :P

If you have the Herbalist trait (or find the magazine for it) you can forage for some Comfrey that you can turn into a poultice (using a Mortar and Pestle). This Comfrey Poultice will help speed up the recovery from broken bones when applied through the Health/First Aid interface and could be very helpful if you have the Slow Healing trait :)
