Does Disorganized include bags too?

I went ahead and did the trait because I just assumed it meant the containers. But I've got a big hiking bag and it's carrying weight is 15? I'm going to assume that it's supposed to affect the bag and it makes sense that it does, but just in case I'm posting it here.

Organized, by contrast, increases the carry capacity of bags.

Now I didn't know that at first. I just figured containers. I may want to start getting the organized trait now. Sounds useful.

I took traits for both organized and dextrous (transfers inventory items quickly) for my character. I've found that these two traits just make the game a lot more fun for me since I'm not constantly battling my inventory and struggling to transfer items around. My character's big hiking bag carrying weight is 28.
