Report a translation problem
In the later game (when both water/power is shut off) you will have to start thinking of a better source for food which would be your canned goods and chips.
Actually you can cook rotten food too, its just not very healthy ;).
That being said at high cooking levels that is no longer true either.
No biggie to not know that getting cooking to level 5(pre patch) and now level 10 (post patch) is nothing that is going to happen too fast.
Well there are two things to consider:
If the food gets cooked spoiled, and your Skill level is below 10 you have a chance of food poisoning.
If you cook it spoiled food at SL 10 you won't get poisoned.
Never personally tried it though, the thought makes me IRL nauseous :P
